Return items back within: 30 days of delivery

We don't accept cancellations

But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Digital downloads
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value

What happens if the goods are damaged during delivery?
Your order should arrive in excellent condition, if your order is damaged during delivery please contact us within three days from the date the package was received. Email us at info@handcraftedbybel.com.au with the details of your order, and we will do our best to sort it out :)
