📦 What is your processing time?

All items are handmade to order. Please allow 1–3 business days before your order is shipped.
If you need something urgently, just get in touch — we’ll always do our best to help.

🚚 What are your shipping times?

Australia

  • Standard Post: 2–10 business days

  • Express Post: 1–3 business days (longer if regional)

USA, Canada, UK

  • Standard: 8–12 business days

  • Express: 4–8 business days

Italy

  • Standard: 9–15 business days

  • Express: 6–11 business days

You’ll receive a tracking link once your order is on its way.
Please note international times are estimates only and may vary due to customs delays.

🌍 Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide via Australia Post, and all parcels come with tracking.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes.

  • Australia-wide from $10.00 AUD

  • International from $16.00 AUD

💌 Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes — we gladly accept returns for non-custom items!

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery

  • Send items back within 30 days

🚫 What can’t be returned?

Due to their nature, we can’t accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised orders

  • Digital downloads
    (unless they arrive damaged or defective)

📦 Who covers return shipping?

Buyers are responsible for return postage. If the item isn’t returned in original condition, you may be responsible for any loss in value.

😢 What if my item arrives damaged?

We’re so sorry! Please contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@handcraftedbybel.com.au with your order number and photos. We’ll fix it quickly.
