Processing time
Please check each the product description for a time frame from order to shipping as we are creating each individual piece by hand.
If you do require an urgent order please contact us and we will gladly see what we can do.

Estimated delivery times
North America: 5-10 business days
Europe: 6-12 business days
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 7-18 business days
Asia Pacific: 8-12 business days
Latin America and the Caribbean: 6-12 business days
North Africa and the Middle East: 6-12 business days

The international delivery times are estimates only and are likely to be delayed by Coronavirus disruptions.

What happens if the goods are damaged during delivery?
Your order should arrive in excellent condition, if your order is damaged during delivery please contact us
 within three days from the date the package was received. Email us at info@handcraftedbybel.com.au with the details of your order, and we will do our best to sort it out :)
